Trey turned four this past summer and was adopted from Asia when he was almost three. He is an adorable little boy who wears hearing aids. (With his hearing aids, his hearing is in the normal range.)
Trey likes to hear well and has no trouble wearing his hearing aids. His teachers report that he is a sweet child who is learning quickly.
Trey likes to play with his wooden train set, and he likes to play with a ball outside, throwing and catching, and kicking. He is making great progress in speech therapy according to his IEP progress report.
We ask that his new home have two parents and no younger children so Trey can get a lot of attention. We also ask for no children less than two years older than he is. We would especially hope that the new family will have one stay at home parent to help him get bonded to your family, although this is not required.
This sweet little boy needs a home and detailed information will be sent to you if you send us an email and ask. Email [email protected]
Before phone calls with you, we need you to email us with a request for Trey’s information. We will send you a detailed profile by email along with information on the Second Chance program. Then after receiving these and reading them carefully, if you want to see his medical and other records, reply to our first email, and we will send everything else. If you are still interested, email us back and we will give you information on the next steps in considering if you could give Trey a new home.
This is a private adoption, so a state or foster home study might not work. A state authorized private domestic or international home study is generally required. Due to state laws, we are not able to place this child in Mo, NY, CT, MA, or DE.
Adoption is a legal process so there are some costs for his adoption. This adoption qualifies for the IRS Adoption Tax Credit.
