Please help us find a family for little Ivy. She was born June of 2015 and is diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and Congenital hydrocephalus with shunt. She also has some atrophy of the optic nerve and must rely totally on someone for her everyday life. We know it may be difficult for her to be adopted but we are praying maybe just maybe someone would consider giving her a chance at a better life and her own home.
