We are pleased to advocate for pretty Lucrecia. She was born November of 2011 and is diagnosed with moderate mental retardation. Her information is from May of 2022 and says the following: Lucrecia is able to follow simple instructions. She has minimal speech that is unclear. She needs assistance with her eating. She is not potty-trained. She does not take any medications. She likes to listen to children’s songs and likes to dance. Lucrecia is said to be sociable and enjoys being around people.
