***UPDATE***
We are excited to share the update we received for Kadie dated January 2024. Kadie was born May of 2009. Our Bulgarian staff that met her said: “Kadie is an extremely cute, charming young girl. She is healthy, slightly shy, well-mannered and a good student. She is self-contained and fully self-catering. As long as she is disposed, she can be easily communicated with. With more prolonged contact, Kadie shows that she could relax even more and could open up more.
Kadie has a positive attitude towards the adoption process and would very much like to have a family. She would love to have brothers and sisters. She loves animals and would love to have pets. She is willing and would try, if supported, to learn English better. She would not be afraid to try new things like different types of sports, playing the piano, flying on airplane and others. Doesn’t she sound perfect for your family? We have lots more information and photos! For more information contact kathy@wiaa.org. Grant funding is available for qualifying families.
