This charming girl is Hazel. She was born October of 2014 and is diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Her nannies say she is a very cute child and they all like her and say believe she will bring a lot of joy and happiness to a family. An update from April of 2019 says the following: Hazel can sit without support however she cannot walk on her own or with support. She can call mama. She does not have any other conditions besides the cerebral palsy. She has not had any illnesses, surgeries or treatments. She does not have any scars. She is delayed cognitively compared to her peers. She does not recognize any colors. She is not potty-trained. She cannot use a spoon or chopsticks. She can put on and take off her clothes. She can’t draw pictures. She does follow simple instructions. It seems sweet Hazel needs a family who can work with her to reach her full potential which will never happen if she stays in an orphanage. Could you be that family?
