Handsome Harper was born September of 2015 and is said to be a happy and clever baby. His special need is listed as brain damage although his physical from October of 2016 says he has normal development. We would love to request an update for an interested family. From his October report: Harper can roll over alone, can crawl and can walk with his hand held by an adult. He can reach and grasp an object. He is an active child. He is afraid of strangers. Usually he likes to play with familiar children. He enjoys the nanny talking to him. He likes to play games and likes colorful toys that make sound. He doesn’t cry before sleep. Usually he likes to play for a moment or listen to music on his bed before going to sleep. He loves to kick the quilt off of him. He knows his name and turns when he is called. He can smile at others and can make some gestures including waving goodbye. He can babble and can say “grandfather, grandmother and mom”. He has good coordination of his limbs. He is able to visually move follow the object.
