Description
A WIA specific grant may be attached to the adoption of this child. The grant is in the amount of $2,500. Please talk to Kathy Junk about eligibility requirements.
Cute Declan was born in August of 2012. His special needs is listed as club hands and feet and cryptorchidism. Unfortunately Declan’s file hasn’t been updated since 2016 and so any information we have at this time is very out of date. However what we do have says the following:
Declan was in the hospital for three years due to his club hands and feet and congenital cryptorchidism. Because of his hospital stay, his development is slightly behind that of the same age children. At present, his language is relatively normal, and he can communicate with people simply, but is more timid and needs constant encouragement. Declan sometimes takes the initiative to help care for the aunt to push the car, hand over the towel, help other children pick up clothes, shoes and so on. On March 17, 2016 Declan’s growth index was head circumference 47cm, chest circumference 52cm, body 83cm, body weight 10kg, and teeth 20.
We need a family who is ready to help Declan reach his full potential!
