Darling Dakota was born in February of 2012. Sadly he has not had an update for three years and so even his pictures are dated. Dakota was born without his right hand. While the file does not state this, he also appears to have a droopy eye. At the age of four years old he was delayed and was not talking much however in earlier photos and videos he seems to be doing what a one and two year old should be doing. I am worried he is digressing. You will note in one video there is a child in the corner rocking his body against the wall and Dakota seems to only be playing by himself. We are working on an update and hope to be able to show you this child has progressed in the last three years and not digressed more!!
