This charming girl is Cynthia. She was born October of 2014. She was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Her nannies say she is a very cute child and they all like her. An update from April of 2019 says the following: Cynthia can sit without support however she cannot walk on her own even with support. She can call mama. She can put on and take off her clothes. She can follow simple instructions. She does not have any other conditions besides the cerebral palsy. She is delayed cognitively compared to her peers. It seems sweet Cynthia needs a family who can work with her to reach her full potential which will never happen if she stays in an orphanage. Could you be that family?
