Cutest boy Cooper has an update from July 4, 2019. Cooper was born in June of 2016 and is listed as developmentally delayed. While delayed compared to his peers he appears to be slowly catching up. Cooper can walk but his feet rotate outward. He can sit and climb. His language is a little slower than the other children but he can say simple words such as mother and bye. He is making progress in his sports and language. Cooper rarely gets sick. He is able to play and interact with the child care workers. His recent measurements were height 82 cm; weight 12kg; head circumference 46 cm; bust 49cm; foot is 12 cm. I think this boy could really thrive with a loving family to take the time to work with him.
