Sweet little Bella was born March of 2016. Her special need is listed as Down’s syndrome and postoperative CHD (correction of complete atrioventricular septal defect, correction of PDA, ASD after repair). She needs an update but we have information at this time from April of 2017 that says the following: At 13 months Bella smiled easily. She can change from supine to prone position and turns 360 degrees. She can prop to lean forwards with both hands and sit alone for a while. She has strength of both legs if holding her to stand and she can stand for a while. When prone on the mat, she can hold feet with both hands. She can stretch out her hands and pat the toy hanging under the toy shelf. She can also prop with one hand and pat the keyboard on the toy piano. She can take two toys in her hand and bang them together. She likes playing hide and seek with the caretaker. She knows her name. Doesn’t she sound like a wonderful addition for your family?
