The England Grant of $2500 may be available for qualifying families.

Precious Owen is looking for a special family.  He was born September of 2021. His is diagnosed with hydrocephalus and has some other medical issues that require in-depth care. I have a lot more photos and more information about his needs and video footage is below.  Contact kathy@wiaa.org to learn more. Grant funding in the amount of $2500 is available.
