Pretty Jamie was born February of 2012 and her special need is Thalassemia. Jamie’s report is from November, 2018 and says the following: Jamie is a normal child. She runs, jumps, plays and makes noises. She can study, write, sing and dance like normal children her age. She has no impairment. She can speak easily. She helps her foster mother look after the children by playing with them, teaching them how to walk and helping them with their potty skills. Her Mom is always talking about her skills and thoughtfulness. Jamie is shy but smiles often. She rushes for a hug after seeing her foster mother. She loves touch and affection. As Jamie suffers from thalassemia, if she does not eat well, she must go to the hospital for a blood transfusion. Sometimes she goes every 7-8 days or sometimes she can go as long as 15 days. We would love to find a family familiar with blood transfusions for this beautiful girl!
