Meet darling Victoria. She was born April of 2013 and her diagnosis is cerebral palsy. According to information from June 2024, Victoria can walk alone. She speaks in short sentences and sometimes stammers. She can control her bowels. She moves confidently without help. She grabs small objects with two fingers and can nest toys. Sometimes she has difficulty zipping and unzipping. Victoria is behind in her neuropsychological development. The emotional state of her is stable. She is a calm and radiant child. There are no recorded manifestations of aggression or auto-aggression. She is often afraid of new activities and unfamiliar people. She can follow step-by-step instructions. Victoria gets involved in group games and knows how to follow the game. She gets tired and distracted quickly. She feeds herself but needs the support of an adult when bathing. She puts her shoes on backwards and can’t tie them. Her sleep is peaceful. She is unable to express opinion regarding the adoption process.
