Please meet Quinn. He was born in August of 2010 and sadly had to wait until 2018 to have his file prepared. Quinn was born with a cleft lip and palate but that was surgically corrected in 2011. Quinn’s report from August of 2018 says the following: Quinn is closest to his caretaker. He is able to take care of himself in life and has an extroverted personality. He gets along well with the children in the same room. He is naughty and is fond of playing all kinds of games. He can’t speak clearly because of his cleft lip and palate. He can write, can count and recognize simple basic colors. He can read. He is studying in the primary school out of the institute.
Doesn’t Quinn sound like he has a great personality? He would be a great addition to any family!
