INDIVIDUAL LIST – SPECIAL FOCUS

Logan was born April of 2013. Logan is introverted, fairly quiet, smart and obedient. Logan was born with CHD and neurogenic bladder. Under the care and help of Tomorrow Plan, Logan had surgery for MVR, PFO repaired and ligation of PDA under the general anesthesia and CPB on Dec 3, 2014 and the surgery was successful. After he was 2 ½, he often had symptoms of abdominal distension and constipation. On Mar 2, 2017 he was hospitalized and diagnosed with neurogenic bladder.
At the age of 3years and 5months, Logan speaks more and his vocabulary is increasing; he can speak a complete sentence. He remembers the names of other children and caretakers, can point to his eyes, nose and mouth when asked, can speak his feelings, such as hot, bitter; he dislikes spicy food very much. At the age of 4years and 5months, his gross motor ability is increasing, such as riding children’s bike, walking in a line, jumping with one feet and bouncing the ball; he also can help the caretaker to finish simple tasks. His language, understanding and expressions are all increasing; he is able to imitate animal’s sounds and actions.
