Introducing sweet Karen. She was born January of 2015. During that year she had surgery for mild mitral and tricuspid regurgitations. The surgery was a success. But after the surgery, they discovered she had epilepsy. She has been on medication for the epilepsy and has not had any seizures since 2015. At one point the report suggests she may have bad vision. However, the update from February 2020 says her eyesight was tested and she does not need glasses. The updated report continues to say that at this time Karen can ask for aunt, dad, mom, and says some two-word phrases. She can follow simple instructions. She has not had a hearing test but she can hear what others are saying. Karen plays happily with children and chooses to play with specific toys. She likes to swing. She loves being held by the nannies. She is attending school inside the orphanage
