Jenna – Placed
*Jenna is 12 years old and was originally from a European country.
Jenna is described by her adopted parents as a girly-girl who adores her stuffed animals and dolls. She loves to color and do art projects. She prefers quiet activities like reading or crafts. She is mostly soft-spoken, but can laugh loudly, and her giggles are very contagious! Jenna is kind and sweet to animals. She especially loves horses and will spend hours brushing one. She likes to snuggle and show affection for her parents and has appropriate stranger-danger. She will happily play with her dolls for hours; talking and singing to her them. Jenna is homeschooled currently, and is doing work for grades 1-3. Reading is one of her best subjects, she’s close to a 3rd grade level in reading and can easily retell in her own words what she read. She enjoys Magic School Bus and Junie B. books the most.
Jenna plays well with other children; she has friends in the neighborhood and at church.
Jenna’s family are Christians and praying for a new family who will continue to teach her about Jesus and His love for her. Their prayer is that she will continue to become a strong woman of God. A protestant mainstream Christian family is preferred for Jenna. Jenna will do very well in small, quiet family who are more homebodies than busy-on-the-go. If you have 1 or 2 other children at home (not between 10-14), we would love to tell you more about the process of adopting Jenna.
