Little Arthur is said to be a very, very sweet boy! Arthur was born with hydrocephalus and has a shunt. A social worker report from 2019 says the following: Arthur is being taught to stand by holding onto a fixture for support. He does crawl and can sit alone stably. He likes to crawl on the furniture. He can reach for toys and can transfer them from hand to hand. He feeds himself with a spoon. He recognizes voices and people and can learn individual short lyrics from children’s songs and perform them correctly. He has a social smile and he actively initiates contact with people. He loves music and moves the upper half of his body to the sound. Sometimes when he is frustrated he is hard to calm down although this is rare. He can repeat his name and can use short words. He understands when asked a question from the caretakers. He self-soothes through rocking. He strives for attention and shows preference for certain adults. He likes physical games. This little guy really needs the love and attention of a real family! Could you be that family?
