Here is Raymond but with another very outdated file. He was born June of 2017 and only has information from when he was one year old. His special need is post-op meningocele. His file says that Raymond has an outgoing personality. He babbles to his caretaker and can make the sounds of baba and mama. He can hold a toy in his hand. Raymond had surgery for his meningocele in May of 2018. He currently needs to have a urine catheterization 4 times a day. At the age of 1 year he could not crawl, sit or stand alone. He can say No. He knows his name when called. It appears that after his surgery he could no longer move his limbs. We hope there is a family out there who is willing to take this little guy home!
