*Zane is an adorable 8 year old. He can be bubbly and happy with an infectious laugh. He loves to talk and will talk to anyone who will listen. He is not shy at all. He is very inquisitive about the world around him.
His favorite thing in the whole world is building things with Legos! He can follow instructions and build things as well as using his imagination to build replicas of things he’s seen out in the world. He is very good at getting the intricate details perfect—he recently built an RV with a complete kitchen and bathroom just like the one his family owns. He has an amazing imagination when he plays and enjoys building things to participate in his imaginative play. . Zane loves all kinds of foods and eats well. He has a wonderful singing voice and likes to sing along to the radio. He loves to swing on the swing set.
Zane is homeschooled and working on 1st grade subjects. He recognizes and reads words on signs and cereal boxes and can read early reader books. He likes to tell everyone what he learned in a book. For example, he recently read about box jellyfish and enjoyed talking all about the facts he’d learned. He is fascinated with reading and is working on spelling. He has great penmanship!
A prospective new adoptive family should be willing/able to help Zane maintain a diet free of milk (he can eat cheese and yogurt), all corn products, and food dyes due to his allergies.
