Sweet little Tonie was born October of 2017. He was born premature and had quite a time fighting for his life. Presently his diagnoses is: Internal obstructive hydrocephalus – VPS. Spastic cerebral palsy; convergent strabismus; ROP in regress; Hernia umbilical; Hemangioma pedis dextra. Bilateral neurosensory hearing loss. With hearing aid. A report from August of 2020 shares the following: He has moderate increased muscle tone of the limbs. He can sit alone with good coordinated reaction. He can crawl, stand up, and walk if led by the hand. Can stay upright for 2-3 seconds on his own. He can hold a toy and transfer it to his other hand. He often rocked his body but lately the staff noticed this has decreased. He does not have any speech but babbles combined sounds of ma-ma; ga-ga, etc. He responds to his name when called. He shows an interest in musical toys. He will knock on a toy when it is given to him or feel it with his fingers. He does look purposefully for adult’s attention. He likes to be cuddled and have songs sung to him. He can chew solid foods and uses a diaper.
