Happy Stella was abandoned when she was 3 ½ years old! Can you imagine how scary that must have been for her. However the orphanage worked really hard with her and she made quite a bit of progress the first year. Her birthdate was estimated to be January 2009 and her special need is that she is blind in her right eye with some delays. An update from January 31, 2019 says the following:
- The child’s current measurements
Height: 104cm Weight: 15kg Head circumference: 48cm Bust: 60cm
- How is her physical and mental development compared with her peers?
Her height is shorter than the same age, the intelligence is poor, and the unfamiliar instructions are not understood. She can walk on her own at the moment, and can eat small things with her hands. She cannot urinate on her own.
- Does she like to be with other children, or do she like to be alone?
She likes to play by herself and likes to shake her body when listening to music.
- Can she read a book? Can she write?
- Is she going to school? If so, what grades?
Does not go to school
Stella needs a very special family to help her continue to learn and grow—could that be you?!
