Smiley Sadie was born November of 2014.  Her file was prepared when she was 2 years old so unfortunately the information we have is very out of date.  Her special needs are HIE and ASD.  The only information we have is from when she was 15 months.  At that time her medical report stated that she knows to turn and locate the caregivers voice when called.  She grins when someone kisses her face. She stares at the caregiver’s mouth carefully when she talks to her and tries to respond by moving her lips.  She laughs when the caregiver blows on her arm or stomach lightly.  She has a balanced diet and a routine schedule.  Wouldn’t it be wonderful to know what has been happening with Sammy for the last four years?  Please let us know if you are interested in an update for this sweet girl.
