Missy and Matt – PLACED
Can you help us place Missie and Matt? This 8 year old sister and 7 year old brother have beautiful features representative of their African country and were adopted together 4 years ago. They now live in the US and need a new family to adopt them together. They are available for immediate adoption.
Sometimes a family, with biological children, wants to reach out to help a child from a poor country to be adopted, set free from an orphanage life and know what it is to be loved. But sometimes that dream takes the family to an adoption situation that is more than they can realistically handle.
When adopting two children at the same time, sometimes this situation becomes so overwhelming that a change must be made in order to give the adopted children a better chance (a Second Chance.)
Matt and Missy need to be adopted together. They are smart and love life. Neither one has any diagnosis of any problems. It is believed they will easily go to a new home.
Due to difficult circumstances, the children’s adoptive mom and dad have made the decision that Matt and Missy would truly do much better if they were adopted by a new family. They are asking for a home where the children are the youngest by several years.
Missy and Mat are going to be adopted together. If you want more info on them, please email us at [email protected]
This is a private adoption, so a state or foster home study might not work. A state authorized private domestic or international home study is generally required. Due to state laws, we are not able to place them in NY, CO, CT, MA, NV, ND or DE.
Adoption is a legal process so there are some costs for the adoption. This adoption qualifies for a double IRS Adoption Tax Credit. Contact us at [email protected]
