Milo – Placed
*Milo and his younger sister were adopted from South American country in 2014 by a family with three older bio children. On paper he is turning 9 in July, but according to dental records he is probably turning 8 instead.
Milo has three older siblings in his adopted home and he has a great relationship with them. He plays nicely with them, and has never shown any aggressive behaviors. His adopted mom reports that he is ‘a very laid back happy kid whose smile can light up a room’. He enjoys quiet activities such as drawing, painting and coloring—he loves art. He likes to help in the kitchen—with dishes, cleaning, and especially helping to prepare food. He also likes to play kitchen, ‘cooking’ all day long and bringing you pretend meals that he wants you to eat. He is very good at imaginative play and loves playing with cars and little people. He prefers quiet activities over active sports. Milo is currently homeschooled and doing very well in the 1st grade. Milo’s current family has dogs and cats and he is wonderful with both. He is kind and gentle to them, and it is fun to watch him interact with them. The pets definitely love him back!
They say he is very obedient, always follows the rules of the house, and has a very sweet and gentle spirit. Outside home, Milo has lots of friends and he interacts well with others.

This is a private adoption, so a state or foster home study might not work. A state authorized private domestic or international home study is generally required. Due to state laws, we are not able to place this child in CT, MA, NY, MO, or DE. If you live in FL please let us know, as there may be additional costs or wait times due to the legal process there.
Adoption is a legal process so there will be costs associated. This adoption qualifies for the IRS Adoption Tax Credit.
