Lovable Lincoln is ready for his forever family. He was born in March of 2018 and his special need is Down Syndrome, CHD(ASD) and pulmonary arterial hypertension. Lincoln’s foster family reports that as of April 2019, Lincoln can sit alone and can grasp two toys at each hand at the same time. He is fond of playing with the brother in his family. He makes sounds of mam/baba. He always babbles. He knows to stretch out his hands when called by his foster mom. When he knows there was nothing to give him, he becomes unhappy and cries. He can visually follow a moving object. He can turn over and can hold his head up to reach the object while lying on the stomach. He can grasp his feet with his hands while lying on the back. What a special little boy this is!
