This likeable boy is Leif. He really needs a family who can help him reach his full potential. He was born January of 2016 and is just as cute as can be. His special need is listed as delayed development and some kind of issue with his eyes although that has not been diagnosed Leif has a current report from March of 2020 that says the following: “ Leif has difficulty speaking and is hard to understand. He likes to wander around the yard of the orphanage by himself. He doesn’t like to play with the other children. He is healthy currently. He has difficulty following instructions. His vision is not good. He was taken for a test locally but the tests were inconclusive. He was then taken to a big city for a vision test but that day Leif had a fever and was not cooperative so the test didn’t happen.” This poor, little guy really needs services especially for his eyes before anything becomes permanent. Could you be the family who can give him the love and help he so desperately needs?
