We just received an update on our beautiful Leah. Be sure to check out her new photos and video. Her report from 8-16-19 says the following:
- Do you believe the child is mentally retarded? If so, what is the extent or performance?
Answer: Leah has slow perception; distracted attention, narrow breadth; poor memory, can learn some knowledge after many repetitions, easy to forget; low thinking ability, lack of abstract thinking ability, imagination and generalization. The performance is poor – it is difficult for her to learn the interpersonal relationships.
- How is her physical development compared with her peers?
Answer: Leah has normal body development.

- What kind of care and needs does the welfare institution think she needs most?
Answer: Her personality is a little inferior. She needs someone who can listen and care.
