Kind little Kylan was born July of 2013. While his file questions HIE, he had a CT scan of the skull and there were no abnormal findings of the skull or cerebral parenchyma. The diagnoses in the paperwork also lists him as normal. After he was admitted to the orphanage he had great progress. He was crawling at 13 months and at 1.5 he was walking and could copy adults, clap hands and make sounds. At the age of 3 he could take off his shoes and socks, could play with other children and could trot and sit in a chair by himself. He could hold a cup to drink and could turn the knob to open a door. As of October 2017, he was 4 years old and began to attend kindergarten in the orphanage. He learned a bit more slowly and needed to practice more when the teacher teaches him to sing nursery rhymes. He can follow the pace to clap and stomp and can speak with doing actions such as with, “little bunny, white and white”, “Three Character Primer”, “Clap Song”, etc. He has strong self-management. He can put on and take off his clothes, pants, shoes and socks and can go to bathroom by himself. He is a good helper to his caretaker. He can do some housework, such as putting away toys, etc. Everyone likes him. His personality is shy and quiet. He is nervous when meeting strangers. He likes playing games with children in the same room and watching cartoons. He gets along well with the caretaker and children. He prefers to be taken outdoors to play happily with his mates. He is a cute boy. We are requesting an update on this darling kid as soon as possible. Could you be his forever family?
