Kenneth is said to be kind and sensible. He was born November of 2011. He has a short update from July of 2019 that says the following: Kenneth has good adaptive capacity to the environment. He gets along well with the teacher, caretaker and children. He is outgoing and active. He is fond of singing and dancing. He has strong logical thinking and receptivity. He is willing to make new friends and is curious about new things. He loves learning. He is currently in Kindergarten. He states that “the teachers, caretaker moms and children of the welfare institute love me very much and I love them too. I agree to be adopted by a foreign family.” Could you be that family he is waiting for?
