We are excited to share with you the information about a very sweet sibling group, Kendra and Steve. The information we have currently is from October of 2021. Our Bulgarian staff have not been allowed to go to the orphanage to obtain updated information because of Covid. However, if there is a family interested, they can call the Center where the children reside to get some information that way.
Steve was born November of 2011 and loves math. He is in the fourth grade and says that he likes to go to school and that there are no difficult subjects. His grades are good. He loves mobile games like hide and seek, football, and dice games like “Don’t be mad, man”. He loves group games. He supports the French football team and football is his favorite sport. Steve has a competitive spirit and loves to win. He says that sometimes there are conflicts around the games, but they manage to resolve them with the help of the staff. Steve says he is not afraid of anything. His favorite animal is dog. Steve is involved in the maintenance of the household in the Family-type accommodation center for children. He likes to eat French fries. Steve says he usually wakes up early. His favorite colors are green, red and blue. Steve dreams of becoming a footballer.
Kendra was born February of 2010 and loves the subjects of Man and nature and Human and society. Kendra is in 5th grade and loves school. She has been to a new school since this year and travels by school bus. She shares that her grades are not very good. When she does not have homework, Kendra loves to paint and play with her dolls. Her favorite doll is Elsa, which, she got for last Christmas. She wants to get a handbag for Christmas. Kendra says she is sometimes afraid of the street dogs. Her favorite animal is cat, but she would also have a dog. Kendra has a good appetite. She loves lentils, soup balls, peas, French fries, kebabs, fish. She also helps in food preparation. Her favorite colors are many, but mostly – pink, purple, brown, black, white. She would be happy if she had the opportunity to take dance lessons. As a profession at the moment, she would like to be a hairdresser or a social worker.
