Please take a look at little Howard.  He was born June of 2018.  His special need is Down Syndrome, funnel chest and patent foramen ovale.  Howard’s report is May of 2019 and says the following.  Howard is a quiet little boy who sucks his fingers and stares at his hands as he moves them back and forth.  He laughs happily when he plays.  He can visually follow the rattle when it is shaken at him. He can stretch out his hands when he sees a favorite toy.  He loves to be cuddled.  He can hold the bottle when he is drinking his milk.  He enjoys having a bath and likes to play with the water.  This little guy is still so young.  Someone should snatch him up right away and take him home!
