This sweet boy is Harding. He was born August of 2009. He does not seem to have any real difficult needs. After his initial physical he was declared healthy. Later his file says he is positive HBsAg; positive HBeAg, mild anemia and Myopia. Harding desperately needs an update as his report is from 2016. At that time his caregivers said the following: Harding has been given excellent care. Under the doctors advice he is usually supplemented with calcium, zinc and takes cod liver oil, eats fruits etc. At six years of age, except for a little slow language expression, he has no fundamental difference from normal children. He is able to move freely and plays games with the other children. He studies in the special education classes. He enjoys watching cartoons and understands simple things. Harding is very shy. He likes to play with toys, can dress himself, tie and untie his shoes and can do buttons. He is attached to his “aunts.” We are working on an update for this cutie pie.
