Handsome Hal was born in February of 2013. Hal is said to be happy and outgoing and has a best friend at the orphanage. Hal’s report is from July, 2019. Hal has had surgery and casting for spina bifida and congenital right strephenopodia. While he has some trouble with moving his lower limb, it does not interfere with his daily activities. He takes part in simple outdoor activities; he is able to go upstairs and downstairs alone and run for a short distance. Now he is the top in his class in Kindergarten. In the class, he learns and plays games with children. He knows how to perform addition and subtraction within 10. It is said he has normal intelligence and is able to have communication and express his own thoughts. Now he can read poems and sing children’s songs. We are happy to request an update and video of Hal for an interested family.
