Cute Carl was born March of 2013. His diagnosis is ophthalmic oculomotor nerve palsy of left eye and brain disease/schizencephaly. His report is from 2016 and says the following: Carl eats three meals a day with the adults. He can see toys and TV clearly with his right eye. He can say “thank you” and “goodbye”. He can walk independently and can run up and down the stairs with the assistance of an adult. He can run and jump. He is potty-trained. He can put on and take off his clothing although his movements are slightly slower. He can speak two-syllable words such as “mother” and “bye bye”. He can understand the meaning of many words. He is obedient and rarely fights with the children. He likes watching cartoons and he is very accepting although he has his own personality. When an adult refuses his request, he will hold his mouth and lie down. He is confident, strong, and optimistic. He learns, plays, and coexists peacefully with other children in the class. He is very popular with the aunts in the class. We really need an update on this little guy and are happy to ask for one for an interested family.
