Sweet Barrett was born April of 2016. His diagnoses are cleft palate, delayed motion, malformation of right hand and genital malformation. He has an update from another agency from March of 2021.
- How is mental ability compared to peers of same age?
The child knows his name and has a lower level of intelligence than children of the same age.
- How does the SN affect his/her health?
The child’s cleft palate (postoperative) affects the child’s swallowing and pronunciation, and the multi-fingered right hand (postoperative) has little effect on fine movements. Genital deformity’s impact on the child is currently not obvious.
- Is he potty trained?
The child does not know how to urinate.
- Please describe his/her personality in details.
The child is outgoing.
- Is he/she well behaved and obedient? When playing with other children, they will scramble for toys?
If the aunt stops him, he will listen to the aunt.
- How are his or her gross motor skills? Can he/she walk, run, jump, and walk upstairs and downstairs by himself? Can he/she kick a ball? Can he/she pick up a ball? Any limited functions? Are there any restrictions on activities?
Can stand with support, can’t stand alone, can’t walk, or climb very well.
- How are his or her fine motor skills? Can he/she draw, scribble on paper? Can he pick little things with fingers? How about fine motor skill? Can you draw and scribble with a pen? Can I pick up small items with my fingers? Are there any restrictions on activities?
He can pinch biscuits with your fingers and eat snacks from your hands.
- Is he/she in any kind of school? If so, what school? Can he/she catch up in school? Which school? Can you keep up with your studies at school?
- How is his or her emotion development? Is the child attached to anyone? Who is he/she close to? Does he/she care for other people? Are you attached to anyone? Who are you closest to? Will you care about others?
He is very happy to see the aunt who takes care of me go to work.
- How are his/her social skills? Does he/she get well along with other children and adults? How are his or her interpersonal skills? Can adults get along with other children?

- Is he/she under foster care or live in the orphanage? If foster, when did he/she enter the foster home? How does he/she do there? Has it been the same foster home all the time? Or live in an orphanage? If it is foster care, when did you enter the family? What is the situation in the foster family? Has it always been the same foster family?

Able to understand simple instructions and only take one step.

The child is full of energy, and the child is asleep at night, and he has to sleep a long time late. Have undergone cleft palate surgery and multi-finger surgery
