A WIA specific grant may be attached to the adoption of this child. The grant is in the amount of $2,500. Please talk to Kathy Junk about eligibility requirements.
Adam (siblings Vance and Konnor) was born January 2007 and is the oldest among the group. He is a nice boy and is currently in 5th grade. He likes all the subjects in school but his favorite is Sports. The most difficult is the English but the director of the Center said that the English teacher praised him that he was doing his best! Adam loves to play with his friends on different games – soccer is his favorite, imitation games, they do karate encounters, play cards, play spy games, etc. Adam is also the protector of his youngest brother – Konnor, the children shared that Adam protects Konnor when needed, plays with him and takes care of him when needed! They said that Vance (the middle brother) is doing ok by himself and does not need Adam to protect him any more : ). Adam is drawing on computer and loves that. Adam also loves to watch TV and his favorite are action movies with ninjas! He has never been at the Black sea or any sea but has been on several trips in Bulgaria and told us about them. His most favorite was a visit to several caves that he loved. Adam has a lot of friends in the Center and his school. His favorite foods are: soups, meat, fish, strawberry, kiwi and pineapple. He pretty much loves to eat everything : )In the Center Adam helps with cleaning and serving the food. Adam is dreaming to become a builder or soccer player one day.
Vance (siblings Adam and Konnor) was born January 2009 and is the middle brother. He is a handsome and smart boy and is currently in 3rd grade. His favorite subject in school is reading and Sports. The most difficult is the English language but he is working hard. Vance loves playing soccer in school and in the Center, and in his spare time he also loves to play cards and listen to music. He has a lot of friends and loves to play with them – they play soccer, do karate encounters, play cards, spy games, listen to music, etc. Vance said that he can already defend himself and does not need so much the protection of his older brother as before. Vance is drawing on computer and loves that. He also loves to watch TV and his favorite are action movies with ninjas. He also said that he likes to watch Cartoons. He has never been at the Black sea or any sea, and also as he is still young has not been on any trips in Bulgaria. Vance has a lot of friends in the Center and his school. His favorite foods are: pizza, meatball soup, meat, watermelon, strawberry, cherry, tomatoes and cucumbers. He does not like fish, green beans, mushrooms. In the Center Vance helps with cleaning and serving the food, and cleaning the table. Vance is dreaming to become a soccer player or craftsman one day.
Konnor (siblings Adam and Vance) was born August of 2011 and is the youngest of the 3 brothers. He is a very sweet and smart boy and is currently in 1st grade. He loves school and he said that it is easy there and that he is coping very well. He loves reading and drawing. We gave him some math tasks and he did excellent. Konnor loves making different things from paper and while we were there he made a paper boat for us. His favorite thing in his spare time is to draw and listen to music. He also has friends in the school and in the Center and plays with them. He said that he loves playing with his older brothers on different games – soccer, imitation games, cards, to play with balloons, etc. He also loves to do karate encounters with them. He relies on his oldest brother Adam for everything in case he needs help. Konnor likes to watch TV and his favorite are Cartoons. He has never been at the Black sea or any sea, and also as he is still young has not been on any trips in Bulgaria. Konnor has a lot of friends in the Center and his school. His favorite foods are: pizza, doner kebap, hamburger, everything with potatoes, apple and cucumber. He does not like soups. In the Center Konnor helps with cleaning and serving the food. Konnor is dreaming to become a policeman one day.
