Wasatch International Adoption

Noah – Placed

Meet Noah!

*Noah was adopted internationally when he was 3 ½ years old.  He is now 9.

Noah loves to help cook and loves to eat!  He has expressed interest in becoming a chef when he grows up (as well as a fire fighter, a police officer, a school teacher and a banker).  He is always willing to help anyone in the kitchen.  He also enjoys Legos, riding bikes and playing soccer.  He is outgoing and will chat with anyone who will listen to him.

Noah loves school!  He is in the 3rd grade and exceling.  He gets mostly A’s even though his school uses a different grading system.  His favorite subject is reading (he LOVES to sit in his room at home and read).  He is into Flat Stanley and Magic School Bus books right now.  His teacher says he always does what is asked of him, he raises his hand to ask questions if he doesn’t understand and is always interacting positively with the other students.  He’s a model student and his teacher has said more than once she wishes she had 30 of him in her class!  Noah likes to copy words from the dictionary when he’s finished with his homework in the evening.  He likes to look up words he doesn’t know, and write them down in a notebook along with their definition.  This is a kid who loves to learn!

Noah’s adoptive family thinks he would do best in a new family with 2 parents, one of whom is home whenever Noah would be home so he wouldn’t be placed into after-school care.  Noah does well with other kids, both older and younger—but he’s a very gentle boy, not rowdy and would do best with older boys who would be kind and not rough with him.  He is a good-natured, kindhearted kid who craves attention.  We are hoping to find a family with no other kids between ages 7-11 who will want to adopt this sweet little boy.  If you have a place in your family (and your heart) for Noah, please write us back and ask for his ‘full profile’.

This is a private direct consent adoption, so a state or foster home study might not work. A state authorized private domestic or international home study is generally required.  If you do not have a homestudy, we cannot help you adopt this child.  However, we can share with you how to get a homestudy started, so you can work with us in the future!  Please write to us for more info on how to get started!   Due to state laws, we are not able to place this child in CT, MA, NY or DE.

Adoption is a legal process so there are costs associated.  This adoption qualifies for the IRS Adoption Tax Credit.

Contact us at [email protected] if you think you would like to adopt Noah and ask for his ‘full profile’.  We would love to share his information with you and our process for being approved for a Second Chance adoption.

*not this child’s real name:  we never use the child’s real name online to help protect his/her privacy!

We're not around right now. But you can send us an email and we'll get back to you, asap.
